一、竞赛背景Competition Background
为丰富我校学生课余生活，加强对基础医学知识的学习、掌握和应用，营造浓厚的学习氛围，增强实践操作能力、团队协作能力，特举办浙江中医药大学第二届基础医学实验技能大赛。本次比赛包括形态绘图竞赛和医学机能实验竞赛两个赛道。
In order to enrich the extracurricular life of ZCMU students, strengthen the learning, mastering and application of basic medical knowledge, create a strong learning atmosphere, and enhance the practical operation ability and team cooperation ability, the second basic medical experimental skills competition of ZCMU is held by School of Basic Medical Sciences.
二、竞赛具体安排Specific Competition Arrangements
1.参赛对象Participants
全校各专业年级（往届已取得校形态绘图竞赛一等奖的除外）。
All major grades in ZCMU (except the students who have won the first prize in the drawing competition in the past).
2.竞赛内容及作品要求Competition content and requirements
竞赛内容：参赛选手创作与医学实践密切相关的人体解剖学内容为主的绘画作品。Competition content: Participants create paintings based on human anatomy closely related to medical practice.
作品要求Requirements：
（1）作品类型为手工绘画（包括临摹画、创意画等），技法不限，黑白或彩色均可，以形象、直观、生动等特点描绘人体结构与功能。
The type of the works is manual painting (including copy painting, creative painting, etc.), and the technique is not limited. Black and white or color can be used to depict the structure and function of human body with the characteristics of image, intuition, vividness.
（2）手工绘图的作品纸张大小至少为8开绘画纸（约260mm×370mm）。
The paper size of manual drawing works should be octavo at least (about 260mm × 370mm).
（3）作品为个人而非团体完成，为学生本人原创且未公开发表，不涉及宗教信仰与政治。
The works are completed by individuals rather than groups, which should be original and not published, and should not involve religious beliefs and politics.
（4）每人限报1件作品，署名限1位。
Each person is limited to one piece of work, and the signature is limited to one person.
（5）作品上不能出现任何作者信息和作品信息；作品信息表上不能出现作者信息，只包括作品编号（组委会完成）、作品名称（作者完成）和作品用铅笔介绍（作者完成，不超过200字，要阐述作品内涵），附于作品背面，用于专家评审参考。
No Author information or work information should appear on the work. No author information can be found on the work information sheet, only including The Work Number (completed by the organizing committee). The work title and the introduction should be written in pencil (completed by the author, no more than 200 words, to elaborate the connotation of the work), attached to the back of the work, for expert review reference.
（6）作品需要扫描成电子版。电子版作品指定为PNG或TIFF格式。扫描方式为扫描仪或手机扫描全能王APP，要求扫描的电子版作品效果清晰，质量好，便于初评使用。
The work needs to be scanned into an electronic version. The electronic version is in PNG or TIFF format. The scanning method is scanner or mobile phone scanning omnipotent king APP. It is required that the scanned electronic works have clear effect and good quality, which is convenient for preliminary evaluation and use.
3.竞赛规则Rules of the competition
大赛设立组委会，由组委会邀请校解剖教研室、形态实验教学中心、浙江省解剖学会等领域的专家和教师组成大赛评委。专家根据参赛作品的科学性（结构准确，构图合理，层次感强，占60%）、艺术性（主题突出，内容充实，整洁美观，占20%）及创新性（构思新颖，占20%）进行评分，去掉一个最高分和一个最低分后的平均分为参赛作品的最终得分。
The organizing committee will be set up for the competition. Experts and teachers from the school anatomy teaching and research section, morphological experiment teaching center, Zhejiang Anatomy Society and other fields will be invited by the organizing committee to form the judges of the competition. According to the scientificity (accurate structure, reasonable composition, strong sense of hierarchy, accounting for 60%), artistry (prominent theme, full content, neat and beautiful, accounting for 20%) and innovation (novel conception, accounting for 20%). The average score after removing the highest score and the lowest score is the final score of the entries.
4.竞赛安排Competition schedule
作品提交截止日期为2022年10月26日。2022年11月15日前，完成各类作品的评审工作，并根据最终得分确定奖项，举行颁奖典礼。
The deadline for submission of competition works is October 26, 2022. Before November 15, 2022, complete the review of all kinds of works, determine the award according to the final score, and hold the award ceremony.

6.奖项设置Awards setting
本次大赛根据参赛作品的最终得分,设置一等奖2名、二等奖3名、三等奖10名，颁发获奖证书和奖品。优秀作品将留存在相关媒体进行宣传，并择优推荐参加更高级别竞赛。
According to the final score of the entries, 2 first prizes, 3 second prizes and 10 third prizes will be set in this competition, and certificates and prizes will be awarded. Excellent works will be kept in relevant media for publicity, and recommended to participate in higher-level competitions.
7.注意事项Matters need attention
（1）参加竞赛同学报送电子版资料后需及时关注邮箱，因疏忽导致未能及时获取组委会发送的资料补充通知而造成后果由学生本人承担。
Students participating in the competition should pay attention to the email address in time after submitting. Students who fail to receive the supplementary notice sent by the organizing committee due to their negligence shall bear the consequences.
（2）作品报送需杜绝出现以下问题The following problems should be avoided in the submission of works:
①未按通知要求提交作品纸质稿和电子稿，或未按规定要求提交。
The paper and electronic manuscripts of works are not submitted according to the notice requirements, or they are not submitted according to the regulations.
②报送的电子版不完整，缺少作品图片格式扫描件，缺少完整的作品信息表、汇总表等word或excel表，或将图片放入word文档中报送。
The electronic version submitted is incomplete, and there is a lack of scanned copy of the picture format of the work, a lack of complete word or excel tables such as the work information and summary sheet, or the pictures are submitted in word documents.
