01基本信息Mainza Munsaka Nsemani曼佳Africa-Zambia（女）学号：201819210902035班主任：吴侃男（Vicky）老师02工作地点赞比亚卢萨卡市，莱维·姆瓦纳瓦萨大学教学医院Levy Mwanawasa University Teaching Hospital in Lusaka Province, Lusaka City, Zambia.03所在科室普通外科和骨伤科General Surgery and Orthopedics04学习体会或工作体会在过去的几个月里，我在普通外科和骨科领域学到了很多。最初几周有些令人不知所措，因为那时我刚开始真正感受到作为一名医生独立工作的感觉。随着时间的推移，我逐渐适应了工作，一切都变得容易起来。我参与了多起手术，包括截肢、探查性腹腔切开术、开放复位内固定术，以及进行活检和切除术。我得以实践在学校学到的高级创伤生命支持技能，并接收了多处创伤/多处受伤的患者，对他们进行了治疗。我希望在加入其他科室并实践大学所学知识时，能够学到更多。I have learnt a lot in the past few months in general surgery and orthopedics.The first few weeks were a bit overwhelming as that’s when I had just started to get the real feeling of being a doctor and working independently.As the weeks went by I got used to the work and it became easier. I’ve assisted in a number of surgeries including amputations, exploratory laparatomies, open reduction and internal fixations as well as getting biopsies and doing excisions.I have been able to practice the advanced trauma life support I was taught in school and have been the one to receive polytrauma/multiple injured patients and have been able to treat them.I’m hoping to learn more as I join other departments and practice what I was taught in university.05对低年级学生的建议Advice for junior students： 永不放弃。医学院的学习可能会像过山车一样，但如果你专心学习，一切就会慢慢理顺。参加课外活动也很重要，因为这有助于你的心理健康。除了医学课程，你必须提高你的中文水平，它们在以后的生活中会派上用场，并有助于你进一步的教育。Never give up.Medical school can be a rollercoaster but if you pay attention and study hard, life will be easy.Also do take part in curricular activities outside of class as those help with your mental health and well being.Apart from medical courses also improve your Chinese learning skills/language they come in handy later on in life and help further your education.06照片图文：曼佳编辑：李巧丹审核：陈晔

It brings joy and fulfillment to see people well and have a purpose of living each day and get their normal activities done. With that being said, nurses are advocates and compassionate workers and this is what we as nurses, must do. 协助客户进行日常活动、服药，并作为紧急情况下的联系人，同时陪伴客户等。如果对病患怀有同情和共情，那么这份工作并不困难，因为帮助病人是一种赋能和促进人性成长的方式。看到人们恢复健康，拥有生活的意义，完成日常活动，这会带来快乐和满足感。护士是倡导者和富有同情心的工作者，这是作为护士的我们必须做到的。05对低年级学生的建议Advice for junior students： The hardest part is completing nursing school, once nursing school is completed, every other thing will fall in place and if nursing is truly your passion to do, then there is nothing that can’t be achieved in regards to that. 01基本信息Esther Ngosa黄玫瑰Africa-Zambia 赞比亚籍 （女）学号：201619200906015所属班级：2016临床医学 班主任：章津（Jane）老师02工作地点St Francis Mission Hospital03所在科室SURGERY外科04学习体会Experience of working： My work experience so far in my career has been very positive, I have been practicing medicine for more than 2 years now and it has been a good feeling to help my patients as well as improve my knowledge and skills as a medical doctor. Event though our hospital is in a resource limited area, I continue to Manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions across all age groups, often serving as the primary physician and surgeon due to limited specialist access. I Conduct outpatient clinics, emergency care, minor surgical procedures and community outreach programs. I have been Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and promote public health initiatives. Through the vast knowledge I gained from my studies at ZCMU I can confidently say I have been able to progress in my career as a Doctor with minimal challenges. I stand grateful to all my teachers who took time to help me build a strong foundation in my career.工作经验：到目前为止，我非常享受我的工作：作为一名医生，我已经从医两年多了，能够帮助患者并提升自己的医学知识和技能让我感到非常满足。尽管我们医院位于资源有限的地区，但我仍然能够管理各种年龄段患者的急、慢性疾病。通常由于专科医生的缺乏，我经常担任主要医生和外科医生的角色。我负责门诊、急诊护理、小型外科手术和社区项目。我与多学科团队合作，以改善患者预后并推动公共卫生倡议。凭借在浙江中医药大学学习期间获得的知识和技能，我可以自信地说，我在医生的职业生涯取得了扎实的进步，因此我非常感谢所有曾经帮助过我的老师们。05对低年级学生的建议Advice for junior students： My advice to the junior students is to take this career path very seriously as it is all about saving a patient’s life someday, learn as much as you can from the good teachers and interact with other students to gain more knowledge. As a doctor you will face sleepless nights to save lives, work tirelessly sometimes with little recognition but what is motivating is to see your patients getting better, that makes it all worth it. Urs Schelbert（大熊）

Urs Schelbert（大熊），瑞 士 籍。2009 年 获 得 苏 黎 世 Tao Chi School中医学学士学位，2014年获浙江中医药大学针灸推拿学硕士学位，导师为陈华德。拥有TCM Fachverband (SBO-TCM)、ASCA Swiss Foundation for Complementary Medicine、NVS Naturopaths Association of Switzerland、EGK Eidg. Health Fund等多家协会成员资格。在瑞士布鲁嫰创办9 Palaces TCM（九宫中医）诊所，从事针灸推拿临床工作。  

Ervina Wu（吴贞颖）

Ervina Wu（吴贞颖），新加坡籍。1996 年获得University of San Francisco大众传媒学士学位，并完成医学预科课程；2011年获得美洲中医学院中医学硕士学位；2015年获得浙江中医药大学中医临床基础博 士学位，师从温成平教授。创立YINA.CO品牌，研发中医药护肤产品。 

Greg Livingston

Greg Livingston，美国籍。本科就读于University of California, Santa Cruz生物学专业；1997年获得美国加州Five Branches Institute中医学硕士学位；2009年获得浙江中医药大学中医临床基础博士学位。在加利福尼亚、纽约和中国均拥有注册医师证；2009年至2012年在上海东方国际医疗中心任中医师；2012至2019年在Oregon College of Oriental Medicine任全职教师；2019年至今在National University of Natural Medicine任兼职教师；2013年创办Greg Livingston LLC中医诊所，并在新冠肺炎疫情期间为持续为病人提供在线诊疗服务。
