Research Orientation

With many years of experience in medical, educational, and research work in nephrology, clinical specialties include:
(1) Integrating Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Western medicine to treat various kidney diseases such as chronic nephritis, nephrotic syndrome, IgA nephropathy, chronic renal failure, urinary tract infections, and lupus nephritis;
(2) Establishing access for renal replacement therapies, such as hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis
Main research directions:
(1) Basic and clinical research on the integration of TCM and Western medicine in the prevention and treatment of chronic renal fibrosis;
(2) Research on the synergistic mechanisms of integrating TCM and Western medicine for enhancing efficacy and reducing toxicity in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus.
