After the new coming students complete the Registration, IEC will arrange the students to go to Hangzhou Entry-Exit Administration to do the Residence Permit. You are requested to apply for the Residence Permit by yourself for the first time at VISA office.Visa fee is 400 yuan/time covered by applicants.

Documents for first time application:

1.护照 passport

2. 申请函Application form

3. 体检报告 Medical Examination Report

4. 住宿登记 residence rigistration certificate

5.白底2寸照片 one piece 2 inch photo (white background)

6.申请审批表 Application Approval Form 

7.录取通知书和JW202 Admission Notice and IW202

Get Passport back according to the date marked on the receipt. Normally it needs 15 work days.

l Take bus 107 from Binwen Road Puyan intersection to Binjiang district government stop.

l Take Metro line 6 from Chinese Medical University Station to Jiangling Road Station (Exit B), and then walk to Haiyue Building.
