浙江中医药大学2025年春季学期国际中文教师奖学金项目招生简章Application Guide to 2025 International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship(Spring Semester)

为满足国际社会对日益增长的中文教育类人才的需求，促进世界各国中文教育的发展，助力国际中文教育人才的成长，教育部中外语言交流合作中心（以下简称语合中心）设立国际中文教师奖学金（以下简称奖学金），聚焦培养合格的海外中文教师。孔子学院、独立设置的孔子课堂，部分汉语考试考点，外国相关教育机构、高校中文师范专业/中文院系、国外有关中文教学行业组织、中国驻外使（领）馆等（以下简称推荐机构）可推荐优秀学生和在职中文教师到中国大学（以下简称接收院校）学习和进修汉语国际教育及相关专业。

浙江中医药大学作为接收院校之一，欢迎世界各国中文爱好者来我校学习。现将我校《2025年春季国际中文教师奖学金招生简章》公布如下：

In order to meet the growing demand of the international community for Chinese language teachers and facilitating Chinese language education in other countries, the Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) will continue with the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship. Confucius Institutes, independently operated Confucius Classrooms, certain HSK test centers, Chinese language (education) departments of foreign universities, professional associations for Chinese language instruction of other countries, Chinese embassies (consulates) abroad (collectively “recommending institutions”) may recommend outstanding students and currently-employed Chinese language teachers to study International Chinese Language Education or related majors in Chinese universities and colleges (“host institutions”).

Zhejiang Chinese Medical University (ZCMU), as one of the Host Institutions, welcomes applicants all over the world to study at ZCMU. Please check the following notice for detailed information:

一、奖学金内容/ SCHOLARSHIP

该项目为全额奖学金项目，含学费、住宿费、生活补贴和综合医疗保险费。具体的奖学金内容以中外语言交流合作中心 (http://www.chinese.cn)公布的信息为准。

This scholarship program covers tuition fee, accommodation fee, living allowance and comprehensive medical insurance fee. The details of the scholarship are subject to the information published on the " Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC)" website(http://www.chinese.cn).

二、申请资格/The Eligibility of the Scholarship

1. 非中国籍人士。

2. 对华友好，无违法犯罪记录，遵守中国政府的法律、法规和学校的规章制度。

3. 身心健康，品学兼优。

4. 有志于从事中文教育、教学及相关工作。

5. 年龄为16-35周岁（统一以2024年9月1日计）。在职中文教师放宽至45周岁，本科奖学金申请者一般不超过25周岁。

1. Be a non-Chinese citizen.

2. Be friendly to China, have no criminal record, abide by the laws and regulations of China and the rules and regulations of the Host Institution.

3. Be in good physical and mental health, be in good academic and behavioral standing.

4. Be interested in Chinese language education and related work.

5. Between the ages of 16-35 on September 1st, 2024. Applicants currently worked as Chinese language teachers shall not exceed the age limit of 45, while undergraduate students shall not exceed the age limit of 25.

三、奖学金类别及申请条件/Scholarship Programs and Qualifications for Application

一学期研修生

2025年3月入学，资助期限为5个月。

国际中文教育、汉语言文学、中国历史、中国哲学等方向，汉语考试成绩达到 HSK（三级）180 分，具有HSKK 成绩；中医、太极文化方向，具有 HSK 成绩，同时提供 HSKK 成绩者优先。

Scholarship for One-Semester Study Program

The program commences in March 2025, and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of five months.

Applicants of international Chinese language education, Chinese language and literature, Chinese history, or Chinese philosophy programs shall have a minimum score of 180 on the HSK test (Level 3), and an HSKK test score is required. Applicants of traditional Chinese medicine or Taiji culture programs are required to provide HSK test scores, and priority will be given to those who also provide an HSKK test score.

四、申请流程/ Application Procedures

1. 即日起，申请者可登录中外语言交流合作中心国际中文教师奖学金板块申请（http://cis.chinese.cn/account/login）登录奖学金网站，查询推荐机构与接收院校，第一志愿选择“浙江中医药大学”；

2. 在线提交申请材料，关注申请进程、审核意见与奖学金评审结果；

3. 奖学金获得者与我校确认办理来华留学手续，在线打印获奖证书；

4. 按我校录取通知书规定的时间入学报到。

5.申请人须同时登录浙江中医药大学国际学生在线管理服务系统(https://admission.zcmu.edu.cn) 在线提交申请。

1. Log on the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship application website: (http://cis.chinese.cn/account/login). You may search for Recommending Institutions and Host Institutions, choose Zhejiang Chinese Medical University as your first choice;

2. Submit application materials online; and track the application process;

3. Scholarship holders need to confirm with the host institutions to go through the procedures of studying in China, and print out the scholarship certificate online;

4. Register at Zhejiang Chinese Medical University on the designated date written on the letter of admission;

5.Scholarship applicants shall log in ZCMU application website via (https://admission.zcmu.edu.cn) and submit application at the same time.

五、申请材料/ Application Documents

1. 与所有申请者有关的证明材料：

·护照照片页扫描件；

·HSK、HSKK成绩报告（有效期两年）扫描件；

·推荐机构负责人的推荐信。

2. 在职中文教师须附上就职机构出具的在职证明和推荐信。

3. 未满18周岁的申请者，须提交在华监护人署名的委托证明文件。

4. 申请者还须提供我校要求的其他证明材料。

1. For all applicants

- A Scanned copy of passport photo page

- A scanned copy of score reports of the HSK and HSKK tests (within the two-year validity).

- A reference letter by the head of the recommending institutions

2. In-service Chinese language teachers shall provide proof of employment and a reference letter from the employer.

3. Applicants under 18 shall provide certified documents of designation signed by their entrusted legal guardians in China.

4. Applicants shall provide additional documents as required by ZCMU.

六、申请截止日期/ Application deadline

2025年3月入学:学生申请截止日期为2024年12月31日。

For March 2025 intake：December 31^st，2024 (for those commencing in March 2025).

注意事项/ Note

1. 一学期研修项目原则上不录取3年内享受过同类奖学金的申请者。

2. 申请材料不完整或不符合招生条件的，概不受理。通过系统上传的材料须清晰、真实、有效。建议申请人使用专业设备扫描需提交的有关文件，因材料不清晰或无法可识别造成的后果由申请人承担。

3. 申请材料弄虚作假或非本人填写提交的，一经查实，申请资格将被取消。

4. 入学体检不合格、中途退学及未经许可不按时报到、休学等情况，取消奖学金资格。

1. In principle, applicants who have received a similar scholarship within 3 years are not eligible for the one-semester study program.

2. Incomplete or unqualified applications will not be accepted. Uploaded supporting documents must be clear, authentic and valid. Applicants are recommended to use a professional device to scan the relevant documents. Applicants shall bear the consequences caused by unclear or unidentifiable uploaded materials.

3. Applicants will be disqualified from application in case of the fact that application materials are found fraudulent or application materials are completed and submitted by someone else.

4. Students who fail to pass the pre-enrollment medical examination, withdraw from school before completing the program, fail to register at the university without prior permission, or suspend their studies will be disqualified for the scholarship.

I don’t want to leave you with an impression that everything was easy！NO, it was NEVER easy. I admire people who make a commitment and stick their neck of it .even if they fail. NISHA SINGH 孙霖国籍Nationality: INDIAN班级：2019Clinical medicine spring实习医院Internship hospital：浙江省人民医院 Zhejiang Provincial People’s Hospital学习体会Experience of study：* Study experience in Zhejiang Provincal people’s hospital is excellent you not only learn to be a doctor but also learn how to be discipline in life. I was amazed by the precision and skill of the surgeon. From all the doctor’s you can learn so much. From January till August there were many departments and different experiences but I must want to express my 1 department experience in Cardio thoracic department with mao laoshi and Cui laoshi, being with them from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm you can feel the Adrenalin rush and team work . And During my gyne posting as a medical student, I had the opportunity to observe and assist in various gynecological procedures, which left a lasting impression on me. One particular experience stands out in my mind.I was assigned to assist in a laparoscopic myomectomy, a surgical procedure to remove fibroids from the uterus using minimally invasive techniques. As I entered the operating room, I was filled with a mix of excitement and nervousness. The surgeon and the rest of the team welcomed me warmly and made me feel at ease.After donning the sterile gown and gloves, I positioned myself near the operating table, eager to observe and learn as much as possible. The patient, a middle-aged woman, lay peacefully on the table, completely unaware of the intricate procedure that was about to take place.When with other Chinese interns I used to do daily routine dressing and drainage tube out but when patients and their relative say 谢谢医生 that’s encourages me to work more hard and that smile feels me touched.在浙江省人民医院的学习经历非常好，你不仅学会了当医生，还学会了如何自律生活。我对外科医生的精确度和技巧感到惊讶。从所有的医生那里，你可以学到很多东西。从1月到7月，有很多科室和不同的经历，第一个科室是心胸外科与毛老师和崔老师一起，从早上7：45到下午5点，你可以感受到肾上腺素的激增和团队合作。在妇科，我有机会观察和协助各种妇科手术，这给我留下了深刻的印象。有一个特别的经历就是我被指派协助腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术，这是一种使用微创技术从子宫中切除肌瘤的外科手术。当我进入手术室时，我充满了兴奋和紧张感。外科医生和团队的其他成员热情地欢迎我，让我感到安心。穿上无菌衣和手套后，我站在手术台附近，渴望尽可能多地观察和学习。一个中年妇女，平静地躺在桌子上，完全没有意识到即将发生的复杂手术。当和其他中国实习生在一起时，我曾经做过日常的包扎和引流管，但当病人和他们的亲属说谢谢医生时，这鼓励我更加努力地工作，那个微笑让我非常感动。接下来的学习计划The following study plan：* I am preparing for MCI screening exam .when I am posted in one department I make sure I should complete that subject thoroughly so that I can learn in both way theoretical as well practical. In weekends I complete my left over topics so that I could cover all things in time . I used to study Chinese also in weekend because I have to give HSK 4 before my graduation.我正在准备MCI（印度医学委员会）筛选考试，当我前往下一个实习科室之前，我应该做好预习和复习，以便在临床实习中更好掌握理论和实践。在周末，我整理那些剩下的问题，这样我就可以及时回顾所有的知识。我以前在周末也学习中文，因为我必须在毕业前通过中文水平考试(HSK) 4级。8. 对低年级学生的建议Advice for junior students：* Review the subjects of your department so that you can learn better and can serve better. Although doctors are busy but when you ask anything they will explain you the things in detail so try to show them interest first, show them you positive and learning attitude . Be punctual it will give a deep impression. And clear you HSK exam as soon as you can, because it will help you communicate with patients , doctors, nurses, and staffs.复习你所在科室的书本知识，这样你才能表现得更好。虽然医生很忙，但当你问任何事情时，他们会详细解释你的事情，所以尽量先向他们表现出兴趣，向他们展示你积极和学习的态度。准时，会给人留下深刻的印象。并尽快通过中文水平考试(HSK) 考试，因为汉语将帮助留学生与患者、医生、护士和工作人员沟通。

黄达 Evode 国籍Nationality: 卢旺达班级：2021护理学 2021Nursing实习医院Internship hospital：浙江省中医院 Zhejiang Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine学习体会Experience of study：* First all, I would like to say that being nurse is not just something we learn in class. It takes heart, persistence, passion and care. It's not an easy career, but it is very heart-soothing at the same time.首先，我想说的是，当护士不仅仅是我们在课堂上学到的东西。它需要用心、坚持、热情和关怀。这不是一份轻松的工作，但同时也很抚慰人心。I started this internship with a lot of fear and worries. I am not a kind of person who used to go to the hospital that much, therefore I was Afraid that I Will not know how to behave or what to say. Luckily enough, the environment in the hospital was livable. They gave me a teacher. She helped me face my fears. I taught we won't be able to get along, well, because of our languages. But I tried my small Chinese, and she tried her small English, and we met in the middle, and yes, it worked. She was amazing！我带着很多的恐惧和担忧开始了这次实习。我不是那种经常去医院的人，所以我害怕自己不知道该怎么做，该说什么。幸运的是，医院的环境挺适合我。带教老师帮助我面对恐惧。我以为我们相处不好，因为语言不通。但我试了我的一点点中文，老师试了一点点英语，我们在中间相遇，是的，我们成功了。她太棒了!I had chance to do some work by myself, like IV infusion, Vital sign taking, dressing,etc and sometimes though, I used to observe her doing some. I learned a lot. And I have to say that it was much like everything we have seen in class, but this time we get to do it on real patients. It can be a little bit challenging at first; well, it was for me, but little by little I started to feel confident and do better.我有机会自己做一些工作，比如静脉输液，生命体征测量，穿衣等，有时我会观察她做一些事情。我学到了很多。我不得不说，这和我们在课堂上看到的很像，但这次我们要在真正的病人身上做。一开始对我可能会有点挑战;，但渐渐我开始感到自信，因而做得更好。However, it wasn't cent per cent perfect, I had a big challenge. Chinese！ I feel like a change could be brought at our school on how we learn Chinese. Because yes, I know Grammar and I can write sentences, but I can't speak. I couldn't. Our school should focus more on speaking Chinese. Because without Chinese, you don't get that connection that a nurse must have with the patients, and a nurse without that connection is absolutely not great. I think. Maybe the fact that I have been online for 2years have something to do with this, but I wish speaking skills at our school could be energized for the better！Either way, Thank you so so so much for the experience and opportunities you gave us. I love the hospital, I enjoyed and definitely I wish to go back there next year:)临床见习也不会百分之百完美，我面临的最大挑战是中文!我觉得学习中文的方式应该有所改变。因为我知道语法，我可以写句子，但我不会说。我觉得学校应该更加注重汉语口语表达。没有流畅的中文，你就没法建立护士和病人之间的那种联系，而我认为没有这种联系的护士绝对不是一个好护士。也许这与我过去两年都在上网课有关，但我希望我们学校能更加注重汉语口语教学！无论如何，非常非常感谢给我们这样的经验和机会。我喜欢这家医院，我很享受见习的经历，我希望明年再去浙江省中医院（毕业实习）接下来的学习计划The following study plan：* Well, now that I know what really happens in the hospital, am going to make sure that I follow my courses so seriously because I have realized that pretty much everything we study in class is like a glimpse of what to expect in hospital, so if I want to be a great nurse, I have to be a good student a s well. You might feel overwhelmed or a bit confused sometimes, but that's okay. it's going to be fine. Nursing is a life for some, career for some, and then for you, it is a dream that you are chasing.Here are some tips for you:- Follow your teachers. Study well. Ask questions. You are going to need everything you learned if you, by any chance, dream to be a great nurse.- study Chinese. I can't emphasize this ENOUGH！ Learn Chinese, speak Chinese. Speaking is very very important. It will build that communication between you and your patients. I am sure that you all know that our career is based on this communication.- Be humble. Be a good human. And above all, remember that you have what it takes to be a nurse, don't let anyone tells you any different:) 首先，我要祝贺你选择了世界上最有意思的职业之一。有时你可能会感到不知所措或有点困惑，但没关系。一切都会好的。护理对一些人来说是一种生活，对一些人来说是一种事业，而对你来说，这是一个你正在追逐的梦想。我的一些建议:-跟随你的老师，好好学习，有问题及时解决。如果你梦想成为一名优秀的护士，你将需要你所学到的一切。-把中文学好，对此我怎么强调都不为过!汉语口语非常非常重要，因为它将建立你和病人之间的沟通。我相信大家都知道，我们的职业是建立在这种交流的基础上的。-要谦虚，做一个善良的人。记住你有成为一名护士的条件，不要让任何人质疑这一点:)

Urs Schelbert（大熊）

Urs Schelbert（大熊），瑞士籍。2009 年获得苏黎世 Tao Chi School中医学学士学位，2014年获浙江中医药大学针灸推拿学硕士学位，导师为陈华德。拥有TCM Fachverband (SBO-TCM)、ASCA Swiss Foundation for Complementary Medicine、NVS Naturopaths Association of Switzerland、EGK Eidg. Health Fund等多家协会成员资格。在瑞士布鲁嫰创办9 Palaces TCM（九宫中医）诊所，从事针灸推拿临床工作。

Ervina Wu（吴贞颖）

Ervina Wu（吴贞颖），新加坡籍。1996 年获得University of San Francisco大众传媒学士学位，并完成医学预科课程；2011年获得美洲中医学院中医学硕士学位；2015年获得浙江中医药大学中医临床基础博士学位，师从温成平教授。创立YINA.CO品牌，研发中医药护肤产品。

Greg Livingston

Greg Livingston，美国籍。本科就读于University of California, Santa Cruz生物学专业；1997年获得美国加州Five Branches Institute中医学硕士学位；2009年获得浙江中医药大学中医临床基础博士学位。在加利福尼亚、纽约和中国均拥有注册医师证；2009年至2012年在上海东方国际医疗中心任中医师；2012至2019年在Oregon College of Oriental Medicine任全职教师；2019年至今在National University of Natural Medicine任兼职教师；2013年创办Greg Livingston LLC中医诊所，并在新冠肺炎疫情期间为持续为病人提供在线诊疗服务。
